Nishiyama Ryokan

Wonderful location, almost everything is close. Staff members are tremendous friendly and useful and speak fantastic English. There are actually activities each evening and it´s an excellent way to meet people today. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed everyday. Only problem was beds are a little noisy but that’s extremely insignificant. Great value for the price!

If you are travelling to Kyoto you should reserve this hotel. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are very nice. The overall atmosphere was alright.

Excellent hotel, every little thing is few steps. Employees are super friendly and well prepared and talk excellent English. You will discover activities just about every night time and it´s an excellent way to meet persons. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed on a daily basis. Only problem was my bed for being somewhat squeaky but that’s incredibly slight. Great value for the price!

This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff members from the reception were available at every time. The beds ended up comfortable and the other guests had been generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, but they fix it.
